Check out these creative advertisements on stairs. Don’t want to be the party pooper here, but one question though, how many of them have really been done? Really?
For all you graphic design lovers out there, some vintage graphic design. Great to see that every era has it’s ‘specialities’.
It’s a bit strange to post this one now as it already aired in June and we’re the 24th of December but I just love this! Tribal DDB Amsterdam did a viral campaign for Philips where consumers could challenge any Philips product. To launch the campaign they put a Wake Up Light in a roosters pen to see if they could wake the rooster before the real sun came up. Check out the video but I can already tell you that Simon, the rooster, performs!
Nice idea for ZDF to promote their ‘Erotic movies without interruption’. Hard to believe this is no scam though…
Check out this site with lots of cool creative Christmas ads. Some of them are good, others, well, let’s say less good… I especially like this one: Christmas origami for beginners. I don’t have the credits but it must be Dutch.
Mother London adds live-action arms and hands (along with some goofy and mildly smutty humor) to classic 1950s Christmas illustrations in these amusing 10-second spots for Schweppes tonic water in the U.K. The voice talent includes Martin Freeman, who played Tim on The Office. The best line has to be: “Don and Tabitha, you’re just in time. I’m about to hose down Felicity!”
Very British and very weird, but it does the trick !
Stella Artois has created Le Bar Guide, an iPhone app for beer lovers and those just looking for a great place to have a drink. The new app enables users to search for the nearest bars serving Stella Artois via location, rating or by using the iPhone’s built-in GPS. It even has functionality to help you call a cab for when you’ve had enough and it’s time to go home. For those wanting to try out the world’s first 3D augmented reality iPhone application for beer will have to be content with just this demonstration for now, the app isn’t yet available in the App store.
Ok, and why are they already launching this when it isn’t available?
